Update 3/15/22

Alabama is undergoing maintenance items including: New topside plank, 671Detroit maintenance and adding new marine toilets. Of course she is getting new antifouling bottom paint to help protect her nearly 100 year old hull. She is currently located in Fairhaven, MA. at the Fairhaven Shipyard South Terminal. She weathered the winter on “the hard” and is now in the water being a boat again. She will transit back to the island in the near future.

Private charters are being booked regularly as folks plan their summer family gatherings on The Vineyard for 2022. We are about to open online booking for public afternoon and sunset sails starting on April 1.

Today the breeze is light Sou’west….the sailing season will be upon us again soon.
